Abortion on Demand

leads to

Abortion by Coercion

(SPUC -- Society for the Protection of the unborn child)

The Eliott Institute states that 64% of abortions are coerced.

So what does coercion look like?

Coercion can take many forms:

a) u ndisclosed, misleading or false information about fetal development and alternatives.

b) her "choices" may involve loss of home, family or essential support, or abuse that can escalate to violence.(Homicide is the leading killer of pregnant women

c) even though the majority felt rushed and uncertain, 67% received no counseling; 79% were not told about alternatives.

d) teens face an especially high risk for coercion.

e) those who pushed family or friends to abort may have also been deceived – by experts, authorities or even pastors – about fetal development, alternatives and risks.
